• Deployed the Track It 8 Helpdesk and IT Asset Management software which allows users and IT support staff to create support tickets, track and manage network based assets, and maintain software compliance

The result: The successful security personnel company enjoys a base network infrastructure that runs smoothly and can support planned future IT upgrades such as an intranet portal, self-hosted website, and a Blackberry Enterprise Server.
